The Soil Heath Opportunities & Tools Fund (SHOT Fund) is a partnership between Regenerative Agriculture Foundation and Rural Climate Partnership designed to advance accessibility of federal  funding, promote the adoption of resilient and durable climate-smart practices, and encourage a more just and equitable agricultural system.

We are looking for a SHOT Fund Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in helping nonprofits navigate and secure federal funding in collaboration with RAF and RCP in SHOT Fund activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in federal agriculture grant writing and a commitment to advancing equity and regenerative agriculture.

Here are a few key details about the position:

  • Position: SHOT Fund Partnerships Manager
  • Responsibilities: Assessing funding opportunities, providing guidance to applicants, fostering relationships, and supporting SHOT Fund activities.
  • Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of federal funding, excellent communication skills, commitment to equity.
  • Salary: $40,000 – $105,000 based on employment status (part- or full-time) and experience.
