RAF is deeply grateful to the 11th Hour Project of the Schmidt Family Foundation for providing the initial funding for the formation of the foundation and ongoing support. Other funding partners in RAF’s work include the Cedar Tree Foundation, TomKat Ranch Educational Foundation, Globetrotter Fund, and Armonia LLC.
RAF is committed to advancing regenerative agriculture. We welcome conversations on how RAF may help support your investment into regenerative agriculture, whether it is through directly supporting RAF’s grantmaking or simply by RAF staff and partners providing guidance on activities in the field. We have recently created a pooled fund dedicated to supporting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) organizations in regenerative agriculture, and we can create other pools based on the goals of donors.
“Access to clean air and water and healthy food are human rights. We need regenerative agriculture systems that protect our environment and ensure farmers can grow and distribute healthy food. We support the Regenerative Agriculture Foundation because they do a remarkable job of collaborating with organizations to advance the agricultural systems our country needs for a cleaner, healthier future.“
–Wendy Schmidt, President of The Schmidt Family Foundation
